Meet the Founders

Mary's long, interdisciplinary career in higher education has always been defined by putting students first.

Her decades of student service include senior positions in admissions, both undergraduate and graduate, at Columbia Business School, the Columbia School of Nursing, NYU School of the Arts, and the Cardozo Law School.

Mary also served for ten years as Assistant Dean of Student Affairs at Columbia Business School, providing mentorship and academic advising to hundreds of MBA students.

From Columbia she moved to the University of Colorado at Boulder, Leeds School of Business, where she served as Executive Director of Career Services, focusing on employer outreach and student career development. While at Leeds, Mary partnered with a new faculty hire from Goldman Sachs to establish the Burridge Center for Finance, which has provided global career access for undergraduate students while also supporting critical faculty research.

Since leaving University of Colorado, Mary has used her interdisciplinary skillset to help many students navigate undergraduate & graduate admissions and career placement.
